Noviibet Full Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all users registered on the Noviibet.net website and the Noviibet mobile application. By opening an account and using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all of these terms.

1.1 Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to register at Noviibet. We reserve the right to verify a user's age at any time. If a minor registers fraudulently, their account will be permanently closed.

1.2 Legal Responsibility

The use of the Noviibet platform is entirely at the user's own discretion. It is your responsibility to comply with the local laws and regulations of the area where you reside. Noviibet does not provide legal advice and is not liable for any legal issues arising from your use of the platform.

2. Account Management & Responsibility

2.1 Registration Process

Registration at Noviibet is completely free. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or fraudulent information will result in the permanent closure of your account.

2.2 Authentication & Verification

Noviibet may request identity verification documents at any time. These may include a national ID card, passport, driving licence, or proof of address. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is successfully completed.

2.3 Password & Security

• Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential.
• Never share your password with anyone, including Noviibet staff.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].

2.4 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each user is permitted only one account. Multiple accounts by the same person or members of the same household are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and all funds will be forfeited.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Process

You can deposit at Noviibet via mobile banking, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 50, and the maximum limit depends on your account type.

3.2 Deposit Timeframes

Most deposits are processed instantly. If your deposit has not appeared in your account within 30 minutes, please contact customer support immediately. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 100.
• The maximum withdrawal amount is BDT 500,000 per day (higher limits apply for VIP members).
• If you have an active bonus, its wagering requirements must be completed before you can make a withdrawal.

3.4 Withdrawal Timeframes

Approved withdrawals at Noviibet are typically processed within 2–24 hours. However, delays from your bank or payment gateway may occasionally result in longer processing times. Withdrawals made on weekends or public holidays may take additional time.

4. Betting Rules & Odds

4.1 Odds & Bet Types

Noviibet offers a variety of bet types, including single bets, multiple bets, accumulators, live bets, and more. Each bet type has its own rules. Please read the terms of each bet carefully before placing it.

4.2 Odds Changes

Noviibet may change odds at any time, particularly during live events. If odds change after your bet has been placed, your bet will remain valid at the odds at which it was originally accepted.

4.3 Bet Cancellation

At Noviibet, bets may be cancelled under the following circumstances:

• If a match or event is cancelled or postponed.
• In the event of a technical error or system outage.
• If irregular or suspicious activity is detected.

4.4 Bet Settlement

Bet outcomes are determined based on the official results of the relevant league or governing body. The final result of the full match, including extra time or penalty shootouts, is taken into account (unless otherwise specified in the betting market).

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Bonus Offers

Noviibet regularly offers bonuses and promotions such as welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and more. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the promotions page.

05.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 10x, 25x) before a withdrawal can be made. Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until these wagering requirements are fully met.

05.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus offers apply to new accounts only.
• Bonuses may be restricted to use on specific games or markets.
• Noviibet reserves the right to cancel any bonus offer at any time.

05.4 Bonus Fraud

If Noviibet suspects that you are exploiting bonuses or engaging in fraudulent activity, it reserves the right to void the bonus entirely and suspend your account.

6. Liability & Limitations

6.1 Noviibet's Liability Limit

Noviibet's liability is limited solely to the amount you have deposited. Noviibet is not liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages.

006.3 Security & Encryption

Noviibet uses SSL encryption to keep your data secure. However, internet communications may not be entirely risk-free. You assume this risk yourself.

7. Dispute Resolution

07.1 Complaint Process

If you have a complaint, please contact Noviibet customer support in the first instance. We will provide an initial response to your complaint within 48 hours.

007.2 Investigation & Decision

Once a complaint is submitted to Noviibet, we will conduct a thorough investigation and reach a decision. This process may take 7–14 days.

007.3 Final Decision

Noviibet's final decision is binding and, in most circumstances, not subject to appeal. However, if you believe the decision is unreasonable, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regional gaming authority.

8. Account Closure & Termination

8.1 Account Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. Contact customer support to submit an account closure request. Please ensure all funds are withdrawn before closing your account.

08.2 Account Suspension / Closure by Noviibet

Noviibet may close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Suspicion of fraud or improper conduct.
• Creating multiple accounts.
• Misuse of bonuses.
• Violation of system and service terms.
• Violation of local laws.

008.3 After Account Closure

When your account is closed, all pending bets will be cancelled and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered banking account. This process may take 7–10 days.
